Cutless bearings are made of an outer shell in brass or bronze, stainless steel, aluminium, phenolic, with an inner surface covered by vulcanized NBR rubber.
The flow of water through the bearing dissipates heat and flushes and harmful abrasive substances from the bearing as well as keeping the metal and rubber surfaces apart thereby reducing friction losses.
We can offer bearings in metric, metric/imperial and imperial dimensions. We can also offer a flanged bearings.
Cutless bearings usually last around 5 years.
